The iQOO Neo 7 will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ SoC, according to popular tipster Digital Chat Station. This chipset, announced in June of this year, is built on TSMC's 4nm process. It has an ARM Cortex X2 core and an ARM Mali-G710 MC10 GPU integrated.

The iQOO Neo 7 will also have a 120Hz AMOLED display with Full HD resolution and an in-display fingerprint scanner, according to DCS. The smartphone will most likely have a 6.62-inch display panel with a punch-hole camera in the top center.

The iQOO Neo 7 is expected to have a triple rear camera setup, including a 50MP Sony IMX766V sensor.
