The Oppo Reno 8 will be available for pre-order in India beginning today. The Oppo Reno 8 debuted in the country earlier this week alongside the Reno 8 Pro. The Reno series smartphone in the mid-range is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 1300 processor and 8GB of RAM. The Reno 8 has a 90Hz AMOLED display and a Sony IMX766 sensor with 50MP resolution.

The Reno 8 has a 6.4-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display panel with a resolution of 1080 x 2400, a pixel density of 409ppi, and a refresh rate of 120Hz. It has a 90Hz refresh rate, a peak brightness of up to 800 nits, and space for an in-display fingerprint scanner. It is also protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5.
The smartphone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 1300 processor. The Dimensity 1300 is built on a 6nm process and includes an integrated Mali G77 GPU, 8GB LPDDR4X RAM, and 128GB UFS3.1 storage. The smartphone comes with ColorOS 12.1, which is based on Android 12.
The latest Reno series device comes with a triple-rear camera setup that includes a 50MP Sony IMX766 sensor with a 1/1.56-inch sensor size, an f/1.8 aperture, and an 86° field of view. It is paired with an 8MP Sony IMX355 sensor with ultra-wide-angle capability, a 112° field of view, and an f/2.2 aperture. A 2MP macro sensor is also included with the smartphone.
