Today, OPPO launched its latest flagship lineup in India. The OPPO Reno 8 Pro and Reno 8 have been launched in the country, along with the OPPO Pad Android tablet and the OPPO Enco X2 true wireless buds. The OPPO Reno 8 series was first introduced in China in May.
The Reno 8 Pro+ has been excluded from the company's launch in India. However, the Reno 8 Pro+ has been renamed Reno 8 Pro, implying that there will be no Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 SoC phone for the Indian market. In India, the Reno 8 Pro and Reno 8 both support 80W fast charging, Dimensity processors, and Super AMOLED displays. Let's take a closer look at the Reno 8 series.

OPPO Reno 8 Pro, Reno 8: Price in India and Availability
The OPPO Reno 8 is priced at Rs 29,990 for the 8GB+128GB variant. The Reno 8 Pro, on the other hand, will be available for Rs 44,990. The Reno 8 will be available on July 25th, and the Reno 8 Pro will be available on July 19th.

OPPO Reno 8 Pro: Features and Specifications
The MediaTek Dimensity 8100 Max SoC powers the OPPO Reno8 Pro, which is paired with a MariSilicon X chip to provide an improved camera experience. One of the many features highlighted by OPPO during the launch is the phone's ability to shoot 4K Ultra Night videos. The device has 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB of UFS3.1 storage. The Reno8 Pro has a 6.7-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz.

The phone has a triple rear camera setup on the back with a 50MP Sony IMX766 sensor, an 8MP wide-angle lens, and a 2MP macro snapper. A 32MP Sony IMX709 selfie camera is included. The phone is powered by a 4,500mAh battery and supports 80W fast charging.
Other features include an under-display fingerprint scanner, unibody design, 7.34mm thickness, 183-gram weight, ColorOS 12.1 based on Android 12, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, and Type-C.

The Reno 8 is powered by a Dimensity 1300 processor, 8GB LPDDR5 RAM, and 128GB UFS3.1 storage. It has a 6.43-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display and a screen refresh rate of 90Hz. The cameras include a 50MP (IMX766) main camera, an 8MP wide-angle camera, and a 2MP macro sensor. It also has a 32MP Sony IMX709 sensor on the front for selfies and a 4,500mAh battery with 80W fast charging support.
