WhatsApp has been working on a number of features, including the ability for users to leave groups silently. This means that the message 'xxxx has left the chat' will not be displayed. Rich Link previews for text status updates, on the other hand, are being developed by the company and will be available in the future. This means that the link previews will be visible directly in the status.

With WhatsApp soon discontinuing support for iOS 10 and iOS 11, we recommend that you update your iOS version in order to continue using the app.
