Xiaomi has lately launched the Xiaomi 12 series on a worldwide scale. The company has confirmed the debut of the 12 Pro in India, which is now the brand's top-tier flagship. The Xiaomi 12 Pro India launch date is yet to be confirmed by Xiaomi. In the meantime, information on another Xiaomi 12 series smartphone has surfaced online. According to reports, the Xiaomi 12 Lite 5G will be released soon.

Xiaomi 12 Lite 5G Specifications
Xiaomi is expected to launch the 12 Lite 5G in China and other markets very soon. Some information about the phone has leaked online ahead of its release. According to Brar, the phone would have a 6.55-inch AMOLED display. It will have a Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a refresh rate of 120Hz.

The device will most likely have a flat-screen with a hole-punch cutout in the top centre. There will also be a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G SoC under the hood. It will be paired with either 6GB or 8GB of RAM. The smartphone will have internal storage capacities of 128GB and 256GB.
Brar claims that the device will have a 64MP primary camera sensor on the back. An 8MP ultrawide camera and a 5MP macro camera will be included in the triple-camera configuration. Xiaomi will include optical image stabilisation (OIS) capabilities in the main camera. The phone will sport a 16MP front camera sensor for selfies and video calls.

A 4500 mAh battery will be installed under the hood. Out of the box, the phone will support 67W rapid charging. In addition, Hi-Res audio will be supported for the twin speaker arrangement. In addition, the tablet will include an in-display fingerprint scanner. It's unlikely to include a 3.5mm headphone jack. Finally, the phone will come pre-installed with Android 12. It will sport an MIUI 13 layer on top of Android.
