The Infinix Hot 12 Play budget smartphone was launched today in India. The phone will be available for purchase on Flipkart for less than Rs 10,000. The Hot 12 Play device was released in Thailand a few weeks ago, and it has now been launched in India as the successor to the Infinix Hot 11 Play.

Infinix Hot 12 Play: Price in India and Availability
The 4GB+64GB variant of the Infinix Hot 12 Play costs Rs 8,499 in India. It will be available on Flipkart beginning May xx. The device will be available in three colour options: Daylight Green, Horizon Blue, and Racing Black.
Infinix Hot 12 Play: Specifications
The Infinix Hot 12 Play has a 6.82-inch HD+ (720 x 1612 pixels) TFT display with a screen refresh rate of 90Hz, a touch sampling rate of 180Hz, and a peak brightness of 480 nits. The phone is powered by an octa-core UniSoC T610 processor, which is paired with a Mali G52 GPU. The RAM is 4GB, and the internal storage is 64GB. The phone can also support up to 3GB of virtual RAM.

The device also includes a large 6,000mAh battery with support for 18W Type-C fast charging. The phone has a triple rear camera setup led by a 13MP main sensor, a 2MP secondary depth lens, and an AI lens. Inside the punch-hole cutout on the front is an 8MP selfie camera.
Out of the box, the device runs XOS 10, which is based on Android 1. Other features include a dual nano-SIM slot, a dedicated microSD card slot, a fingerprint scanner on the back, DTS surround sound, a 194.9-gram weight, and an 8.32mm thickness.
