Realme 9i 5G Launched in India: Price in India, Specifications and Other Details

Realme has launched the Realme 9i 5G in Inia today. This is the company's new low-cost 5G smartphone with a distinct design. For those who are unaware, the Realme 9i was released in India in January with a Snapdragon 680 SoC, 33W fast charging, and other features.

The newly launched Realme 9i is the 5G version, and it is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity series 5G processor. Along with the Realme 9i 5G smartphone, the company unveiled the Realme TechLife Buds T100 TWS. Let's take a look at the Realme 9i 5G's price, specifications, and availability.

Realme 9i 5G: Price in India, Availability

The 4GB+64GB variant of the Realme 9i costs Rs 14,999, while the 6GB+128GB variant costs Rs 16,999. The phone will be available in Soulful Blue, Rocking Black, and Metallica Gold colours. The device will be available for purchase on August 24th through Flipkart, Realme.com, and Realme stores.

During the first sale, buyers can get a Rs 1,000 discount if they use their ICICI or HDFC bank cards.

Realme 9i 5G: Specifications and Features

The Realme 9i 5G has a 6.6-inch Full HD+ LCD screen with a resolution of 2400 x 1080, a refresh rate of 90Hz, and a touch sampling rate of 180Hz. The maximum brightness of the phone is 400 nits. It is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 810 SoC, which is 20% faster than the Dimensity 700 SoC. This SoC is manufactured using a 6nm process and has a maximum clock speed of 2.4GHz.

The 9i 5G comes in two configurations: 4GB+64GB and 6GB+128GB. The device features a triple rear camera setup led by a 50MP main camera, a 2MP portrait lens, and a 2MP macro snapper. On the front is an 8MP selfie camera. The phone runs Realme UI 3.0, which is based on Android 12.

One of the most important aspects of this phone is its design. The Realme 9i 5G has a true unibody design with a fuselage-integrated camera housing, and it also features Realme's first 3-layer grain process in this segment. The phone is only 8.1mm thick and 187 grams.

A 5,000mAh battery powers the phone and supports 18W fast charging via a USB Type-C port. A fingerprint scanner on the side, dual-band Wi-Fi, a dedicated microSD card slot, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and Bluetooth 5.2 are also included.
