The Redmi Note 12 4G has been launched in India with two storage choices. The basic model has 6GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. It costs Rs 14,999. There is also a 6GB + 128GB storage variant available for Rs 16,999. The phone is available in three colors: Lunar Black, Frosted Ice Blue, and Sunrise Gold.
The Note 12 4G will be available beginning April 6 through Mi.com, Mi Home Shops, and other retailers.
The phone has a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a 2400 x 1080 Full HD+ resolution. The screen is flat with a hole-punch cutout in the center. The phone supports a refresh rate of 120Hz and a touch sampling rate of 240Hz. It also has a max brightness of 1200 nits.
The Snapdragon 685 SoC powers the device. The phone comes with a 5000mAh battery and support for 33W fast charging out of the box. It is a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and AI face unlock.
The smartphone has a triple-camera arrangement on the back. There includes a 50MP f/1.8 Samsung JN1 sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide camera with a 120-degree field of view, and a 2MP macro sensor. The phone sports a 13MP front-facing camera sensor for selfies.
The gadget supports microSD cards for storage extension of up to 1TB. It also has a 3.5mm headphone jack and runs the Android 13-based MIUI 14.

Redmi 12C Price in India and Specifications
The Redmi 12C is available with two storage choices. The basic model comes with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage space. Another 128GB storage option with 6GB of RAM is available. The prices for the two storage choices are Rs 8,999 and Rs 10,999, respectively. The phone will be available for purchase on April 6.
The 12C is available in the following colors: black, blue, purple, and green. The phone has a 6.7-inch IPS LCD display. It boasts a 1650 x 720-pixel HD+ resolution. The front camera is similarly housed in a small waterdrop notch on the phone. It boasts a typical 60Hz refresh rate display with a peak brightness of 500 nits.
The Helio G85 SoC powers the 12C. It has a 5000mAh battery and supports 10W charging through a micro-USB connector. There is a fingerprint scanner on the back of the device. The phone also has a dual-camera arrangement on the rear. It has a 50MP primary camera and a QVGA lens. The 12C sports a 5MP front-facing camera for selfies. It weighs roughly 192 grams and measures 168.76 x 76.41 x 8.7mm.
