iQOO Emerges as Top Smartphone Brand for User Satisfaction in Battery, Display and Overall Value
iQOO

iQOO, one of India's newest smartphone companies under the BBK group, has once again emerged as the top brand with the most satisfied users. According to 91Mobiles' Great Indian Smartphone Survey report, iQOO is increasing its user base in India through a variety of offerings. More importantly, for the second year in a row, the Vivo sub-brand emerged as the top brand with the most satisfied users.

The findings were based on over 15,000 people answering a series of questions. The questions ranged from knowing what smartphone brand people currently use to the next phone they plan to buy from any brand.

According to the report, iQOO's user base increased to 2.7 percent this year, up from 1.3 percent in 2021. This is more than double the number of users from the previous year. Furthermore, the survey revealed that 5.1% of those who participated in the survey intend to purchase from iQOO in the future.

iQOO Leads in Survey About Customer Satisfaction

The Great Indian Smartphone Survey report, which included over 15,000 people answering the questions, ranked iQOO as the number one brand. The brand came out on top, with 8 out of 10 users pleased with the phone's performance.

This is not surprising given that iQOO has released devices with excellent performance for the price. Whether it's the Z6 5G, which costs around Rs 15,499 and has a Snapdragon 695 SoC, or the Z6 Pro 5G, which costs less than Rs 25,000 and has a Snapdragon 778G SoC. With the iQOO 9 series and the iQOO Neo 6 5G, the company also caters to the premium segment.

In terms of battery reliability, iQOO has also dethroned POCO. When it came to the phone's rear camera performance, the company came in second and trailed Apple in terms of user satisfaction. It also came in second place in terms of display, trailing only OnePlus. 69.3 percent of users were pleased with the display capabilities of their iQOO phone, compared to 69.6 percent who were pleased with the display of their OnePlus phone.

This year, iQOO topped the list of brands as the most value-for-money (VFM) company. Apple and OnePlus came in second and third place on the list, with less than 60% of users satisfied with their purchases.
