Google Pixel 7 Pro and Google Pixel 7 Launched: Price in India, Specifications, and Other Details

Google Pixel 7 Pro and Pixel 7 smartphones were unveiled today at the company's "Made by Google 2022" event. The latest Pixel phones are powered by Google's second-generation mobile processor, the Tensor G2. The Pixel 7 Pro, as the star of the show here, comes with an improved camera setup, whereas the Pixel 7 retains the same optics as the Pixel 6.

The Pixel 7 series uses the same design language as the Pixel 6 series, with a visor-style camera design on the back. Google, like last year, does not include a charging brick with either device. Google Pixel 7 Pro, Google Pixel 7: Price in India and Availability

The Google Pixel 7 Pro costs Rs 84,999, while the Pixel 7 costs Rs 59,999. The Pixel 7 will be available in Obsidian Black, Hazel, and Snow White colorways, while the Pixel 7 Pro will be available in Obsidian Black, Lemongrass, and Snow White. The devices are already available for pre-order through Flipkart in India and will begin shipping on October 11th.

Google Pixel 7 Pro: Specifications and Features

The Google Pixel 7 Pro is the company's flagship phone for the year, with top-tier features and specifications. The phone has a large 6.7-inch Quad HD+ AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz. The device is powered by the new Google Tensor G2 chip. The 7 Pro has 12GB of RAM and an internal storage capacity of up to 256GB.

The Pixel 7 Pro has a triple rear camera setup that includes a 50MP main wide-angle lens, a 48MP telephoto lens, and a 12MP ultra-wide-angle camera. For selfies and video calls, there is a 10.8MP selfie camera on the front. The camera has 30x hybrid zoom, macro focus, OIS, real tone, motion blur, and other features. The phone is powered by a 5,000mAh battery and supports 30W wired Type-C fast charging, as well as wireless charging.

The smaller Pixel 7 has a 6.3-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 90Hz. The Tensor G2 SoC is also used, with 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage. The Pixel 7 is equipped with a 50MP wide-angle primary camera and a 12MP ultra-wide lens, just like last year's Pixel 6. It also has a 10.8MP selfie camera.

The Pixel 7 has a 4,355mAh battery and supports wired Type-C fast charging as well as wireless charging. The rest of the specifications are comparable to the Pixel 7 Pro.

Both phones also have cinematic video blur, 4K 60fps video, 10-bit HDR video recording, magic eraser, and photo unblur, the latter of which is exclusive to the Pixel 7 series.
