Motorola today launched two Edge 30 series smartphones in India. The Motorola Edge 30 Fusion and Motorola Edge 30 Ultra have been unveiled by the company. The Ultra is the company's flagship phone, while the Fusion is its mid-range device and the successor to the Edge 20 Fusion from last year. The Edge 30 Fusion, as well as the Edge 30 Ultra and Edge 30 Neo, were released globally last week.
The Edge 30 Fusion is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888+ SoC, which was announced in 2022. The device also has a 144Hz display, a 50MP main camera, and 68W fast charging. The Motorola Edge 30 Fusion has everything you'd expect from a flagship phone and, more importantly, it's less expensive than current-generation flagship phones.

The Motorola Edge 30 Fusion has 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage space. In India, it costs Rs 39,999. On September 22nd, the device will go on sale for the first time. The phone will be available in the colours Cosmic Grey and Solar Gold.

Motorola Edge 30 Fusion: Specifications and Features
On the front of the Motorola Edge 30 Fusion is a 6.55-inch Full HD+ curved pOLED display. It has a 10-bit screen with a refresh rate of 144Hz, a brightness of 1100 nits, and HDR10+ support. Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protects the front. The phone is powered by a Snapdragon 888+ 5G SoC with 13 5G bands, 8GB LPDDR5 RAM, and 128GB UFS 3.1 internal storage.
The phone has a triple rear camera, which includes a 50MP (f/1.8) main camera with OIS, a secondary 13MP (f/2.2) ultra-wide angle lens, and a 2MP depth sensor. The device can record videos at resolutions of up to 8K @ 30fps and 4K @ 60fps. On the front is a 32MP selfie camera with an f/2.45 aperture. The device also includes a 4400mAh battery and supports 68W TurboPower charging.
Furthermore, the Edge 30 Fusion ships with Android 12 and is guaranteed to receive Android 13 and 14 updates, as well as three years of security updates. The handset is 175 grams and measures 158.48 x 71.99 x 7.45mm. An in-display fingerprint scanner, IP52, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax, Wi-Fi 6E, ThinkShield for mobile, dual stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, GPS, and NFC are also included.
